My journey to healthy has been quite the ride! I mean, who knew that wine and green juice could coexist so beautifully? I used to stress myself out by labeling every food choice as either 'good' or 'bad,' and it wasn't until I realized that life is about balance that I truly started to feel healthy.
Even though I've been a fitness instructor for almost a decade, it was my studies in nutrition and meditation that helped me discover what being healthy really means. I used to struggle with disordered eating, anxiety, and body shaming, but I learned that true health encompasses everything that nourishes our bodies, not just food and exercise.
As I peeled back the layers of my health, I realized that it's not about being perfect or hitting some goal weight, it's about being kind to ourselves and enjoying life's simple pleasures. So now, I happily indulge in my favorite foods without any shame or guilt, and I've never felt better!
As a health coach, my goal is to help others find their own unique balance and live their healthiest, happiest lives. So let's ditch the rules and have some fun, shall we? Here's to living vibrantly and loving ourselves deeply!
